Welcome to His Little Lamb Childcare Center - a place for children to grow, learn and play. Your children deserve nothing but the best, so bring them here for an inviting environment that encourages curiosity and fun.
Who are we?
We are a year-round, faith-based Child Development program located in Silver Spring, MD. Our operating hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and we provide care for children aged 2 through 5 years old.

We offer both full-time and part-time childcare options, including drop-in care. Additionally, we host a summer camp. Our commitment is to cultivate a nurturing, stimulating, and welcoming Christian environment for all children.

Our unique program integrates Bible teachings with a variety of educational activities. Our goal is to prepare children for their elementary years and beyond by offering a distinctive experience through our programs. We strive to treat each child as an individual, offering choices that promote personal growth. We listen to and respect each child, prioritizing their safety above all else. Our aim is to instill in each child a sense of great worth and provide them with a strong foundation that will benefit them not only in the classroom but throughout life.
Our Educational Programs
The educational programs at His Little Lamb Child Development Center were designed with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. We utilize the Abeka curriculum and teaching method, which employs a spiral approach. This means that a variety of topics are introduced each year and then revisited in subsequent years with increasing depth.

Each year, students review previous learning on these topics and acquire new knowledge, covering all fundamental subjects, including Bible lessons. In our curriculum, we present Bible stories in the narrative style as written in the Scriptures. Students are guided through the stories and teachings of the Old and New Testaments, which includes Bible doctrine and practical application at an age-appropriate level.
